How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing during peak holiday seasons or major event launches.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page features a detailed sizing chart. Most of our apparel is athletic fit; if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

How should I care for my TPUSA apparel?

To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the graphic designs.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international supporters in the future.

Can I track my package after it ships?

Yes. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
